Strangers When We Meet In 2023 Hastings-based photographer Tim Allen started chatting to people he’d never met before and asked them if he could shoot their portrait; over 200 portraits later the project is still going strong. A book of his favourite photos so far is to be released soon to support St Michael's Hospice in St Leonards.

The launch event with live music is at the Arthur Easton Centre at St Michael's Hospice from 7pm on Sunday 21st September 2025.

The live music is from my son Will Allen, known from his solo work and also as part of Brown Boots and Club Débris.

100% of sale proceeds will go to St Michael's Hospice.
